Pippa is an internationally experienced HR Director with a broad career working for a FTSE 100 retail business. Her experience spans specialisms in talent management, organisational design, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
Her most recent roles have focused on global transformational change programmes that have enabled a complete redesign of the organisation to maximise performance, streamline ways of working, reduce costs, and increase the focus on customers. This has been achieved by planning the workforce of the future and then identifying the capability changes required to create a high performing team culture.
Prior to her 15-year career in HR, Pippa worked across a range of cross-functional roles in retail, supply chain, finance, and IT.
