A Global Mobility and HR leader with 20+ years of experience working with companies of all sizes and stages of maturity, Sharon has a proven track record navigating the complexities of international hiring, relocations, cross-border working, and expansion into new international markets.

Following two decades working for major professional services firms where she provided tax advisory services to global clients in relation to international assignment structuring, policy, compensation and benefits, payroll and tax return compliance; Sharon was most recently Director, International Mobility & HR for a fast-growing scale up business in the electric, autonomous freight sector.

During her career, she has lived and worked in the UK, Sweden and the USA and understands the importance of being agile and having a flexible mindset to adapt to the changing demands of today’s global working environment.

Sharon has an MA in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and is a Product Advisory Board Member for the global mobility platform, Localyze, where she engages in regular product feedback sessions as part of a team of industry experts, analyzing current mobility trends and exploring future developments.
