With a proven track record of driving organizational success through transformative HR practices, Yousra’s deep understanding of regional dynamics and cultural nuances enables her to foster inclusive cultures, align HR strategies with business goals, and deliver sustainable growth. Her expertise spans industries such as Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT), Public Sector, Business Transformation, Private Equity, and Analytics.

Throughout her career, Yousra has held multiple senior roles including the Global HR Leader at FTI Consulting where she provided strategic direction to HR teams across the NA, EMEA, and APAC regions. Yousra played a pivotal role in integrating six acquisitions, harmonizing diverse cultures and organizational structures to build cohesive, high-performing teams. Her ability to leverage HR analytics and data-driven decision-making ensured organizational agility and responsiveness, supporting business growth and operational excellence in a rapidly evolving global landscape.

Earlier in her career, Yousra led consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies and held senior HR roles in prominent organizations, including the Government of Canada, Qatar Foundation, Texas A&M University, and EY-Parthenon. She spearheaded HR technology transformations, achieved significant cost efficiencies through strategic workforce planning, and automated processes to boost operational effectiveness.

Yousra holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management & Psychology from the University of Toronto and is fluent in English and Arabic.
