With more than 20 years of experience as a people leader and trusted C‑suite advisor, Dacia brings a rare depth of credibility shaped by having done the work most organizations are still trying to figure out. She has built people functions from the ground up, led meaningful organizational transformations, and held senior leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Apple, Pandora, Starbucks, and Etsy.

Dacia’s expertise spans people strategy, organizational design, leadership development, performance, and internal communications. What truly distinguishes her approach is her relentless focus on the gap between what organizational systems promise and what people actually experience. Having held every role she now advises on, from HR Business Partner and Head of Learning & Development to Director of Internal Communications and Chief Human Resources Officer, Dacia brings insight grounded in lived experience, not theory. Her counsel is practical, direct, and deeply informed by having been “in the room” when it mattered most.
