Andy is a former Managing Director for EMEA and Asia at one of the world’s largest global recruitment firms, overseeing operations across more than 350 locations and contributing to a business generating in excess of $1bn in annual revenue.

With over two decades of experience delivering senior talent and leadership solutions across more than 30 countries, Andy has advised organizations ranging from high-growth SMEs to large, complex enterprises navigating strategic transformation, IPO preparation, turnaround, and accelerated growth. His work spans executive search, senior leadership appointments, and strategic talent advisory, supporting boards, CEOs, and executive teams at critical moments in their evolution.

In 2023, Andy joined Alshaya Group, a $7bn, 50,000-employee multinational, as Vice President of Executive Resourcing, leading a period of accelerated hiring. His remit covered internal and external executive identification, talent pipelining, succession planning, and leadership assessment. Andy is an accredited leadership assessment practitioner, bringing a rigorous, evidence-based approach to executive decision-making.

Andy is known for his relational, insight-led style, grounded in trust, transparency, and shared values. He is passionate about understanding the commercial context and leadership challenges facing his clients, and aligning talent strategies that enable long-term organizational performance.

Originally from the UK, Andy considers himself a global citizen and has lived and worked across Europe and the Middle East. He is currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
